Putnam Scholars Program Applications Available October 1, 2008 If you are interested in applying for the Putnam Scholars Program, please read through the information listed in the Putnam Scholars Program Brochure (671 KB PDF) The Putnam Scholars Program celebrates Dr. Sam Morse Putnam's life and honors his influential work. The endowment will extend Sam's work by supporting medical educators or researchers focused on improving physician-patient relationships and communication. Awards will provide mentoring by a senior AACH facilitator to each Putnam Scholar, and sponsor attendance at the AACH Teaching and Research Forum.
