Facilitator in Training Program

"The facilitator in training program provided by the American Academy of Communication and Healthcare is the single, most valuable educational program that I have ever participated in. It clearly has had the most important impact on my development as a clinician educator. The skills that I learned in this program- ranging from how to think about the learners' needs, how to give feedback and how to be more aware of my own emotional reaction to learners - have made a tremendous difference in my skill level. I would recommend this program to any clinician educator, particularly one who focuses on doctor-patient communication."
-Robert Arnold, MD
