AACH offers a wide variety of courses including skills training, faculty development, train-the-trainer and physician well being. The Academy also hosts a biennial conference, AACH Teaching and Research Forum that brings together the most current research on healthcare communication.

Custom Courses
AACH facilitators will consult with organizations to explore common communications obstacles to develop strategies that might improve performance and patient satisfaction ratings.
AACH can provide basic and/or advanced workshops on topics ranging from delivering bad news to non-verbal communication, which might form the basis for a continuing curriculum within an organization. AACH can also train on-site facilitators and liaisons.
