Leadership Development Committee is a committee of the Board of Directors; the Chair shall appoint and the Board shall approve its members. The Leadership Development Committee consisting of three to five individuals, a majority of who shall be Directors shall all be appointed by the Chair of the Board of Directors, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, not less than sixty (60) days before the Annual Meeting. The Leadership Development Committee shall solicit from the Board and others as appropriate suggestions for new Directors and Officers, and upon reviewing these suggestions shall forward to the Board the names of those candidates it recommends for the Board's approval at the Annual Meeting.

It will also recommend Fellows and Honorary Lifetime Fellows, who are elected by the Board upon recommendation of the Leadership Development Committee in accordance with the Board's criteria for Fellowship or Honorary Lifetime Fellowship, respectively.
